After being on hiatus since September due to mental health, Lia rejoins ITZY. The announcement was made during their 5th year anniversary livestream.

Fans were treated to a surprise when Lia made an appearance with a new ‘do during their fift- anniversary livestream, and JYP Entertainment released a statement on the group’s official app sync. Lia’s been on a hiatus from the group since September, missing their latest mini album, Born to Be, and their world tour. JYP said she was prioritizing her mental health, and now Lia’s symptoms of tension and anxiety have improved a lot through treatment and rest.
