Lewis Capaldi was spotted with his personal trainer in London on Tuesday. The Glaswegian singer, 27, took a break from touring in summer 2023 to focus on his mental health.
Lewis explained: 'After some back-and-forth about whether it was the right thing to do, I've decided it would be a shame for these extra five songs, which are so incredibly special to me, to sit on my hard drive, never to see the light of day.' Lewis, who also owns a £1.6million mansion on the outskirts of Glasgow, added on X: 'I was absolutely terrified of disappointing you all, afraid of not living up to expectations and, in all honesty, scared that the whole thing would be a complete flop. He then revealed that the lengthened album would be out on New Year's Day, and while many were watching fireworks as the clocks struck midnight, Lewis' super-fans could refresh their streaming platforms to delight in the new release.
