Levity Talent Hires Jennie Church-Cooper As Manager-Producer
Levity Talent has brought in Jennie Church-Cooper to serve as a manager and producer on behalf of the company.
Church-Cooper has spent the last 15 years working with comedic writer-performers — scouting, cultivating, and propelling them into careers as TV and feature writers, showrunners, directors, podcasters, actors and more. Clients Church-Cooper is bringing with her include her brother Joel Church-Cooper, a showrunner whose single-camera comedy Going Dutch is in development at Fox; Felicia Day, who recently won an Audie Award for her Audible Original podcast Third Eye; Zibby Allen, who’s currently filming Season 6 of Netflix’s Virgin River; creator Blakely Thornton; podcaster and Emmy-nominated Ted Lasso scribe Dylan Marron; showrunners Erin Gibson ( Tiny Toons Looniversity) and Shauna McGarry ( The Second Best Hospital in the Galaxy); Jerry Minor, currently recurring as Mr. Morton on Abbott Elementary; Bryan Safi, star of 9-1-1 and co-host with Erin Gibson of the podcast Attitudes; Alyssa Limperis, currently filming a role in the final season of What We Do in the Shadows; and comedian James Adomian, whose special Path of Most Resistance will be debuting this summer, among others.
