Letitia Wright Hints At Return Of Black Panther’s Shuri In Future Marvel Projects: “There’s A Lot Coming Up”
Letitia Wright is teasing a possible return to the Marvel Universe to reprise her role of Shuri from Black Panther.
The Marvel star made an appearance on The View to promote her latest movie, Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot, and she was inevitably asked about her future in the MCU. Wright was taken aback by the question and carefully chose her words while answering, saying, “If it’s, uh, let’s just say, let’s just say… I would like to continue with Shuri. Marvel has Avengers 5 scheduled for release May 2026, which could potentially be a film in which Wright could reprise her role as Shuri / Black Panther.
