A country singer, known for having 'the voice in a million' has sadly passed away at the age of 81 after a battle with cancer - his daughter has shared a heartbreaking statement

It has been confirmed that Eddie Low, a New Zealand country singer who released over 20 albums, has died at the age of 81 after a year-long battle with cancer. The talented singer and musician, who was born blind, enjoyed a career in the industry for over 60 years, releasing hugely successful country albums and singles during the 70s and 80s. Born blind as a result of German measles, Eddie carved out a hugely successful 60 year career in New Zealand music and will be much missed," another wrote.
