Lee Mack's gameshow contestant 'died' as broadcaster flooded with complaints
A TV broadcaster was hit with a number of complaints after an episode of The 1% Club host Lee Mack's unique gameshow, that saw a contestant sadly 'pass away' during the recording
Fans were thrown into confusion, with some failing to recognise it as a new instalment of Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton's anthology series, mistakenly thinking they were watching an actual quiz show. A panicked Lee Mack was seen yelling "get the producer" before dashing off the set, and the camera abruptly cut to black, leaving audiences stunned until the credits rolled.
