Lee Greenwood, Chris Janson to Make Appearances During Republican National Convention
The Republican National Convention will feature appearances by country music artists Lee Greenwood and Chris Janson.
Other speakers named as part of the convention include lawmakers, governors and officials, as well as rapper Amber Rose and media personalities Tucker Carlson and Savannah Chrisley. The Republican National Convention comes just days after an apparent assassination attempt against former U.S. President Donald J. Trump during a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on Saturday (July 13). Secret service agents killed the gunman, later identified as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
