A civil lawsuit accusing Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler of sexually assaulting a teen model nearly 50 years ago was dismissed by a New York judge on Wednesday, according to TMZ It reads: 'While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth. In April of this year, Tyler told the court that he was Misley's legal guardian at the time, giving him immunity from related laws, past and present.
