Lauryn Hill and her son YG Marley played snippets of "Ex-Factor," "Survival" and "Praise Jah In The Moonlight" on the May 14 episode of 'The Tonight Show.'
Hill sported a yellow blazer over a white blouse with baggy black trousers and began the set with a stripped-down version of “Ex-Factor” before her son joined her onstage for a reggae performance of “Praise Jah in the Moonlight.” Then, YG transitioned into his new single "Survival, which features songwriting credits from Hill and interpolates his grandfather Bob Marley ’s 1979 track “Ambush in the Night,” per Genius. In order to prevent any long term negative affect on my voice and my body, I need to take time off to allow for real vocal recovery so that I can discontinue the medication completely," she captioned the post.
