TOWIE star Lauren Goodger has made an announcement about a planned cosmetic surgery as she discloses the devastating impact of the anxiety following her heartbreaking trauma

Now Lauren, who turns 38 later this month, has shared a heartfelt Instagram post explaining that she's suffered "tremendous anxiety" due to things she's been through. The reality star, who has spoken in the past about her troubles with body confidence, also shared that she had decided to get her breast implants removed, despite being "terrified" of having the surgery.
