Laura Prepon and Ben Foster Selling $4 Million Home Amid Divorce: Report
Ben Foster filed for divorce from Laura Prepon in November 2024 and both have made claims against each other amid their legal battle
JOHN NACION/startraksphoto.comIn his initial filing, Foster asked the court to make an “equitable division” of their assets and debt in accordance with their 2018 prenuptial agreement, per docs obtained by Us. According to docs obtained by Us, Prepon requested that Foster not drink alcohol 12 hours before he spends time with their two children and abstain during the visitation. “Instead, despite his statements to [Laura] that he would not be going to the Venice Film Festival, [Ben] nonetheless was spotted in Italy on the red carpet posing without his wedding ring,” the paperwork continued.
