Laura Prepon accuses ex Ben Foster of 'habitual drunkenness' amid messy divorce and custody battle

Laura Prepon and estranged husband Ben Foster have made new accusations against each other in the midst of their ongoing divorce.

In official paperwork obtained by People, Foster additionally accused his wife of 'cruel and inhuman treatment,' which Laura has denied, demanding 'strict proof' of the claims. He has also requested joint custody of their two children — daughter Ella, seven, and a five-year-old son whose name has not been shared publicly — adding that both parents 'are fit and proper' caregivers. Foster’s lawyer, Rose Palermo denied the claims, telling the NY Post last year: 'Laura Prepon’s filing is the definition of falsehood and a disturbing fiction.
