Conservative activist and commentator Laura Loomer indeed taunted the dignified mass of protesters she named “the liberal elite, mostly composed of middle-aged white Democrat women” for dancing in front of a Tesla showroom in Georgetown, D.C. The scene, captured by Loomer’s media outlet @LoomerUnleashed, appeared to showcase a small group of protestors, signs in hand and dancing in some coordinated effort to the detriment of former President Donald Trump. One user, going by the moniker @NotTheirScript ironically continued, “Imagine being so unbothered by inflation, open borders, and global chaos… that you choreograph a Tesla hate dance in Lululemon to cope with Elon Mask and Donald Trump living rent-free in your head.” The jab was all about the perceived disconnect conservatism sees between liberal activism and its take on actual issues.
