Laura Jane Grace spent one month in Greece on an artist retreat writing songs and indulging in the endless potential of greek storytelling. In its final form, it’s billed as Laura Jane Grace in the Trauma Tropes, an exploration of love, war, trust, betrayal, virtue & vice, and more inspired by her adventures in Greece. “ Adventure Club is frequently a record about learning to take up space, about feeling free to be yourself as the bullshit of our ahistoric moment mounts,” a release about the album reads.
