Late Queen was 'as angry as I'd ever seen her' over Lilibet name controversy, aide says

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter Lilibet celebrated her fourth birthday, but there was controversy when her name was announced as the Queen was reportedly "as angry as I'd ever seen her"

The little princess, affectionately known as Lili, was born on this day in sunny California in 2021, just over a year after her parents took big brotherPrince Archie to start a new life across the pond after quitting as working royals. Yet, in his biography King Charles, royal author Robert Hardman suggests the late Queen was less than pleased with Harry and Meghan's decision to name their daughter Lilibet in 2021, and their assertion that they had sought her approval, reports the Mirror. In Robert's revealing book, a staff member recalls Queen Elizabeth II's intense anger following Harry and Meghan's 2021 announcement about using her childhood nickname 'Lilibet'.
