Lara Worthington shows off her extremely thin frame as model, 37, steps out solo in New York
Lara Worthington showed off her gaunt frame on Friday when she stepped out for a solo stroll in New York City.
Lara, who splits her time living in New York and Sydney, has long espoused the benefits of choosing a variety of exercise forms rather than doing the same thing every day at the gym. Elsewhere in her Russh interview, Lara said she's been following Pilates program Fluidform, which is popular among celebrities such as Rita Ora, Georgia Fowler and Pip Edwards. 'After watching documentaries, learning from [film director] James Cameron and influenced by my husband, [my family] went vegetarian years ago,' she said.
