Lance Bass is opening up about the diabetes diagnosis he got during the COVID-19 lockdown, telling People that the news forced him to re-think his diet, exercise and mindfulness routines. In addition to exercise and diet, Bass said he’s begun meditating in the morning, a practice he said “cuts my brain off just for a few minutes,” as well as hiking to improve his mental state.
