An ‘El Paso, Elsewhere’ movie produced by and starring LaKeith Stanfield is in the works, Deadline has learned.
Academy Award nominee LaKeith Stanfield( The Book of Clarence) is in talks to star in and produce a feature adaptation of the hit neo-noir video game El Paso, Elsewhere, Deadline has learned. James navigates her reality-bending universe of ethereal monsters while facing the truth of his own addictions and skewed sense of self-worth, learning that the only route to love is through healing. Known for roles in films like Judas and the Black Messiah, The Book of Clarence, Knives Out and Selma, Stanfield has also previously been seen in The Harder They Fall, Uncut Gems, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, Sorry to Bother You, Get Out, Short Term 12 and other titles.
