In the video, a very patriotic Gaga is seen wearing a Team U.S.A. bomber jacket and shades with a slicked-back pony tail, casually chatting it up with the politician about her opening ceremony performance. While the exact details of the project are being kept under wraps, it seems as though the film will closely follow the DC Comics story about how the Joker ( Joaquin Phoenix) and Harley Quinn came to fall in love.
