Rio Mayor Eduardo Paes, who has been hinting about the show since December but said he had signed an NDA to prevent info leaks, has pledged to stage a major international concert on the beach every May as part of the economy-boosting “Celebration May” initiative. According to the Associated Press, Paes posted on social media today, “I don’t have tickets for the Lady Gaga show!
