Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, are discussing wedding plans, a source tells ET.

Since news of the couple's engagement officially broke last week, ET has learned that the pair have begun planning their nuptials and preparing to say "I do." Shortly after fans clocked Gaga's "fiancé" reference, a source revealed to ET that the two have actually "been engaged since the spring," which makes sense considering that the "Poker Face" singer was first spotted wearing a massive diamond ring on that finger while out and about in West Hollywood back in April. He's different than other guys she's dated in the past because he's very outwardly endearing and loving and has an old-school gentleman vibe about him."
