The socialite, 32, exuded elegance in the £3,230 Versace ensemble, which featured gold snake detailing on the straps, as she attended the show on Friday.
Joining her at the star-studded runway show was her sister Lady Eliza Spencer, Channing Tatum, Sarah Lysander, and Heart Evangelista, amongst other famous faces.
