The brunette beauty posed like a supermodel in a polka dot two-piece while frolicking in the crystal blue waters of the famed Caribbean islands. She also flaunted her famous curves in a form-fitting red dress featuring cut-outs along the front, as she captioned the carousal: 'Leftovers from the most magical place.' She said she's revised some of the work that she's had done in the past in an effort to look more natural, including removing most of her lip filler and reducing her bust size.
