While she technically passed the behind-the-wheel exam, much to the excitement of her cheering family members, she wasn't yet eligible for an official license. The youngest Umansky sister turned 16 in March, and her birthday marked another occasion when the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star reunited with her ex.
