Kumail Nanjiani Returns to Stand-Up Comedy After 10 Years With New Hulu Special
Kumail Nanjiani is returning to stand-up comedy after 10 years with a new Hulu special.
His credits range from blockbuster fare (Marvel’s “Eternals,” the “Star Wars” series “Obi-Wan Kenobi” and “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire”) to beloved comedy programs (“Veep,” “Key & Peele,” “Broad City” and “Only Murders in the Building”). His upcoming special joins Hulu’s comedy initiative, Hularious, which kicked off Nov. 22 with a new hour from Jim Gaffigan. Hularious also includes specials from Bill Burr, Ilana Glazer, Jessica Kirson, Ralph Barbosa, Matteo Lane, Sebastian Maniscalco, Atsuko Okatsuka, Chris Distefano, Andrew Santino, Zarna Garg and Roy Wood Jr.
