KT Tunstall reveals she never anticipated writing a musical and only saw her first production 10 years ago as she's set to conquer Theatreland by creating the soundtrack to West End show Clueless

Scottish singer KT Tunstall has revealed she never anticipated writing a musical - and only saw her first stage show ten years ago.

She is best known for her 2004 multi-million selling album Eye to the Telescope, featuring global single Suddenly I See, as well as her straight-talking nature, so she understands why some eyebrows have been raised over her move into theatre land. But it won't be KT's only foray back to the UK as she will also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of Eye to the Telescope by playing a series of gigs, including the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow. Her global rise was helped by the single featuring on the hit movie Devil Wears Prada, starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, and KT admits the track continues to pay the bills.
