Between November 2023 and February 2024, four women, including Cassie, and record producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones all filed lawsuits accusing Diddy of sexual assault, rape, sex trafficking and physical abuse. Cassie is reportedly cooperating with the federal investigation into her ex, although the Los Angeles DA said they could not prosecute Diddy based on the video, due to the statute of limitations 'This unprecedented ambush - paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence - leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits,' he continued.
