Earlier this year the couple made their romance Instagram official when Cavallari shared a photo of them vacationing in Los Cabos, Mexico together. A source also told People in an article published late last month, after the couple had made their romance public, that Cavallari and Estes were getting 'serious' and 'really happy'.
