The designer went on to say that she will often do a fourth day of exercise on her own including working out for 30 minutes on a VersaClimber, which she adds, 'will also kick your butt, man.' In addition to adhering to a consistent fitness regimen, Kristen told the outlet that she maintains a healthy diet and rarely drinks alcohol. The Hills veteran, who shares sons Camden and Jaxon, and daughter Saylor, with ex-husband Jay Cutler, has previously said that pregnancy changed her outlook on body image and dieting.
