During the season five premiere of The Kardashians on Thursday (May 23), Kourtney shared new details on what led to the surgery. While the fetal surgery was “trauma” for the couple, Kourtney said that she and Travis always stayed hopeful about their baby boy. “I just feel so grateful that how everything played out and for the doctors that really helped make the best decisions that really saved our baby,” Kourtney shared.
