Kourtney Kardashian Favors These Foods to Stay Healthy While Breastfeeding


In a Poosh post, Kourtney Kardashian's nutrition specialist shared the foods she advised the reality star to eat while breastfeeding her son, Rocky Thirteen, 5 months.

In a list of “other essential galactagogues,” she included a wide array of vegetables, legumes and spices: almonds, carrots, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, garbanzo beans, grapes, leafy greens, mulberries, nettles leaf tea, papaya, pine nuts, pistachio, saffron, shiitake mushrooms, sweet potatoes, tahini and yams. The Poosh post also included some of Kardashian Barker’s favorite ways to eat the foods Fox recommends, from snacks to smoothies. According to the post, “Kourt’s Favorites” include papaya with lime juice, dried mulberries and walnuts, oatmeal made with almond milk, cinnamon and sliced bananas, and “poached eggs with gluten-free organic sesame sourdough, ghee, and Celtic salt.”
