In the latest episode of the Kardashians, the couple’s seven-month old son Rocky Thirteen made his reality TV debut and mom revealed the health scare she suffered last year that required emergency fetal surgery in September. The scene then turns to a confessional in which Kardashian looks back at the scare several months earlier, pivoting to the reality star in a hospital bed after the surgery to remove fluid from Rocky’s lungs before his Nov. 1 birth. After watching a documentary called Heal about the power of positive thinking’s affect on health, Kourtney says she talked to the baby every day and prayed.
