Korn Sold Out a 30th Anniversary Concert, and Now They’re Hitting the Road
Korn will tour this summer around the 30th anniversary of their self-titled debut album.
The band isn’t specifically billing the trek as a 30th-anniversary tour since that’s just the one show, but it’s safe to assume they’ll acknowledge the milestone as they wind their way around North America. The band acknowledged the anniversary of the album a decade ago in an in-depth oral history of Korn for Rolling Stone, recounting how they came up with the revolutionary subgenre nu-metal — paving the way for Limp Bizkit, System of a Down, and Mudvayne, among others.
