Korean Stars Won Mi Kyung, Kim Eung Soo and ‘Yellowstone’ Breakout Jefferson White Join Indie Film ‘Bedford Park’ (EXCLUSIVE)
The film marks the directorial debut of writer and editor Stephanie Ahn and is now in production in New Jersey
The film — which also stars Moon Choi and Sukku Son — revolves around an accident that “brings together the lives of a Korean American woman, struggling between her loyalty to her family and the pull towards her passions, and a forsaken ex-wrestler, trying to right the wrongs of his fractured past.” The producing team for includes Gary Foster and Russ Krassnoff (“Sleepless in Seattle,” “Tin Cup,” “Community”) under the Krasnoff/Foster Productions banner; Chris S. Lee (“Pig Village,” “The Gangster The Cop The Devil”), and Nina Yang Bongiovi (“Fruitvale Station,” “Fancy Dance”). He also appeared in William Oldroyd’s critically acclaimed “Eileen,” and is best known for his breakout role as Jimmy Hurdstrom in Kevin Costner’s “Yellowstone.” He’ll next star as Lee Harvey Oswald in “November 1963,” which will be directed by two-time Oscar nominee “Roland Joffé.”
