On December 30, the gospel musician posted a YouTube video titled “Thank you for a beautiful 24,” where he looked back on his year that was “unlike any other” that he experienced in the past. "I am aware now that my choice of attire, which as a team we thought was going to be fine being outside in the weather, was going to be something that would not come across as disrespectful," the 20-time Grammy winner said about his outfit worn in Jamaica. Also in the vlog, Franklin revisited his 2024 BET Awards performance with Will Smith and was featured on GloRilla ’s debut album, “Glorious.”
