During his whirlwind two-day trip to Canada, King Charles made an unusual decision that makes perfect sense given the age of the monarch and his wife, according to royal expert Richard Kay from the Daily Mail. They travelled in style, using Canada's State Landau and accompanied by horses from the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride. He brought Starmer and Angela Rayner along for a visit to a housing project in Cornwall, and delivered a Christmas message centred around applauding health workers.
