King Charles' move to stop Harry and Andrew from stepping in for him revealed
Despite both Prince Andrew and Prince Harry remaining as Counsellors of State, neither would be called upon to carry out duties for King Charles, due to a small change he made

His Majesty's upcoming medical procedure to treat an enlarged prostate does not require him to appoint Counsellors of State to act for him, the Palace has confirmed.
