King Charles' lifelong friend dies after 'getting trapped between a wall and bed while drunk'

Ian Farquhar, a friend of King Charles, was found dead at his home with his legs in the air next to his bedside table after he is believed to have attempted to move off his bed

King Charles' lifelong friend, Ian Farquhar, tragically passed away after becoming trapped between a wall and his bed while intoxicated, an inquest heard today. Mr Farquhar's carer, Stuart White, developed a close bond with him and shared in court how he missed caring for his dogs and horses. He liked to chat; my role was to check on his well-being and general housework tasks," said Mr White, who was on annual leave when the fall occurred.
