King Charles' cancer 'caught very early' and his prognosis is good


Those closest to King Charles, who has been diagnosed with cancer, say he is "up and about as usual," and is remaining positive after doctors reportedly caught the disease early

The King, who personally shared his diagnosis with his family by telephone, has been in regular contact with his eldest son, Prince William, throughout the health scare. Buckingham Palace said in a statement: "During The King's recent hospital procedure for benign prostate enlargement, a separate issue of concern was noted. The King was admitted to hospital a couple of weeks ago"His Majesty has today commenced a schedule of regular treatments, during which time he has been advised by doctors to postpone public-facing duties.
