King Charles III and his daughter-in-law Kate Middleton reportedly grew even closer after they were each diagnosed with forms of cancer
Princess Kate Middleton joined the royal family in April 2011 after her wedding to King Charles III’s eldest son, Prince William. “In January, I underwent major abdominal surgery in London and at the time it was thought that my condition was non-cancerous,” the Princess of Wales, 42, said in a video released by Kensington Palace on Friday, March 22. Buckingham Palace announced in February 2024 that King Charles III received a cancer diagnosis one week after he was admitted to The London Clinic to undergo treatment for an enlarged prostate.
