King Charles was seen waving to royal fans in photos while attending a church service one day before revealing his cancer diagnosis and treatment plans.

When announcing his cancer diagnoses, ​the palace explained that it was found during his procedure for benign prostate enlargement, when “a separate issue of concern was noted. One day after attending church, King Charles noted in his cancer announcement that he “remains wholly positive about his treatment and looks forward to returning to full public duty as soon as possible.”
