King Charles III Shares Love for 'Incomparable' Beyonce
King Charles III revealed he’s a huge fan of the ‘exceptional’ and ‘incomparable’ Beyoncé and congratulated her on her first Album of the Year win at the Grammys
During his Apple Music 1 radio show, Charles selected tracks by Bob Marley& The Wailers, Kylie Minogue, Grace Jones and Michael Bublé as well as more recent artists such as Raye and Davido. Along with announcing Renaissance Act II during Super Bowl LVIII on February 11, Beyoncé christened her new era by releasing “Texas Hold ‘Em” and “16 Carriages.” The two country songs embodied her Houston roots […] “Bob Marley would have been 80 this year,” said Charles after he played “Could You Be Loved.” “I remember when he came to London to perform when I was much younger, and I met him at some event … that marvelous, infectious energy of course he had, but also his deep sincerity and his profound concern for his community.”
