King & Prince’s “HEART” blasts in at No. 1 on this week’s Billboard Japan Hot 100, dated March 19.
The group’s 16th single is being featured as the ending theme song for the latest drama series starring member Ren Nagase. The graduation-related favorite from 2005 climbs the chart every year around this time, and this week, streaming for the track is up 111%, downloads 168%, videos 142%, and karaoke 126% week-over-week. The Billboard Japan Hot 100 combines physical and digital sales, audio streams, radio airplay, video views and karaoke data.
