Kim Zolciak quizzed by Kroy Biermann for selling her designer clothes and not putting profits towards their spiraling money woes amid divorce
Among other issues, the pair owe over $1 million in unpaid taxes, interest penalties to the IRS and about $15,000 in unpaid taxes to the State of Georgia. Zolciak was also sued by Bank Of America.
Biermann argued that the court should pinpoint and split their joint assets, a designation encompassing personal property as well as the sprawling mansion in Georgia that the estranged couple are currently attempting to sell. Insiders in Zolciak's camp insisted that she spent years paying various bills of theirs on her own, and that the money she earned from selling off her wardrobe items went partly to buying Christmas presents for her and Biermann's children. It comes after sources told TMZ that the couple pooled together money they've made selling their luxury personal items online to ensure that their kids did not go without gifts this year.
