Kim Zolciak is accusing Kroy Biermann of spying on her in their home, as their increasingly messy divorce takes another dramatic turn. She alleges she found him unconscious in her closet.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 46, who’s been the subject of recent dating rumors with Chet Hanks , filed a motion on October 9, alleging that Biermann invaded her privacy, according to TMZ on Thursday; (pictured 2022) She then admitted to her castmates — Chet, Macy Gray, Tyler Posey, Ally Brooke, Johnny Weir, OT Genasis and Josie Canseco — that she's a 'f***ing basket case' due to her lack of support at home. Legal documents obtained by TMZ reveal that their divorce trial is set for November 5-6 at Atlanta's Fulton County Superior Court.
