Kim Zolciak and estranged husband Kroy Biermann drop price on their Georgia mansion AGAIN as they take $1 MILLION off the asking price
The home was originally put on the market for $6 million last year, but in December they dropped the price to $5.5 million. It is now available for $4.5 million.
The home's entrance leads to a two-story entry foyer with a curved staircase and open gallery, with an adjacent dining room and study with a designer chandelier and custom fireplace. In the legal documents Biermann filed in September, the former Atlanta Falcons player requested the court allow him to move forward in putting the family's Milton, Georgia mansion on the market, stating it was on the brink of foreclosure. In the incident, Zolciak told police that Biermann had locked in a safe a cache of valuable items she owned that were worth $175,000 - including designer purses and jewelry - and hid the key from her.
