Kim Zolciak 'wants medical professionals to assess ex Kroy Biermann over concerns he has CTE'
TMZ reports Zolciak wants medical professionals to assess Biermann, who played for the Atlanta Falcons from 2008 to 2011, to determine if he has the ailment.
Kim Zolciak reportedly suspects her estranged husband Kroy Biermann is suffering from a degenerative brain disease that infamously afflicts many football players. While often connected to concussions, many researchers like Lee E. Goldstein, MD, PhD, an associate professor at Boston University, now believe sub-concussive hits also play a major part in CTE. They share six children together: Kroy Jr., 13, Kash, 12, twins Kaia and Kane, 11, in addition to Brielle, 27, and Ariana, 23, the daughters Zolciak welcomed from previous relationships whom were adopted by the football alum.
