According to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Friday, Truist Bank insisted they have a “right” to continue with the foreclosure on the mansion after the exes “defaulted on their mortgage” — and they want the court to let them auction off the place ASAP so they can get their money back and move on! Making their case, they claimed they “voluntarily” delayed the auction back in November, per the family’s request, but are frustrated that the Don’t Be Tardy leads haven’t been able to sell the place on their own. Also, the financial institution acknowledged that the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum and former NFL player are in the midst of a messy AF divorce, but argued it’s not enough to block their foreclosure rights.
