Kim Kardashian's starter home in Beverly Hills with 72-day ex-husband Kris Humphries sells for $5.12M
The Tuscan-style abode in the luxe Southern California community was sold by Watson Salari Group's Marco Salari.
The upstairs level features a trio of additional bedrooms, the listing stated, and a seating area with a fireplace and BBQ grill. The people who have owned the abode since Kardashian lived in it 13 years back have 'opted to keep some of her furniture and decor' the reality star had there, the Post reported. Her residency at the abode had been featured on the debut episode of the show's fifth season, titled Kim's House Party, which initially aired in August of 2010.
