Jonathan Cheban was seen partying with Lady Victoria Hervey in Miami on Thursday. They both had on very bright colors. His best friend is Kim Kardashian.

The event took place in their hometown of Calabasas, California which is not exactly known for frigid temperatures but that did not stop the family from having the entire property owned by Kim Kardashian covered in fake snow. Kylie Jenner and her mini-me daughter Stormi may have stole the spotlight, but it was Kim Kardashian and BFF Paris Hilton who certainly seemed to have the most fun as they sled in the man-made ice together. As she swanned around the fete, Bethenny could be glimpsed hobnobbing with fellow stars including comic Mario Cantone, who was dressed as sexy Satan.
